Matrix Systems develops a sound and robust metrics organization to measure and report actual and projected progress of development and test activities. We define a program for the collection of data needed to implement a reporting mechanism that provides the management team with the information needed to effectively track progress and provide projections that support the implementation of a successful mitigation strategy, if needed.
